A Bit of Background

SONAR is a conglomerate of obstetric nurse anesthesiology professionals who deliver anesthesia care to mothers all over the country. SONAR's mission is to enhance women's health through education and research and to maintain the integrity of the profession of nurse anesthesiology.

Nurse Anesthesiologists (CRNAs) are fully-autonomous anesthesia providers who deliver analgesia, anesthesia, and emergency care to obstetric patients in any setting where those services are required.
